Ann F. Baum Family Enrichment Center, Part 2

August 8th, 2008 | by admin |

In the previous post, we discussed the benefits for people to enroll in the Ann F. Baum Family Enrichment Center program at haymarket treatment center. In this post, we will discuss the benefits to employers for hiring applicants from this program. Employers are qualified to accept certain incentives when they hire applicants from this program. Such incentives include: Fidelity Bonding Program, administered by Illinois Department of Employment Security; Work Opportunity Tax Credit Incentive, which provides an income tax credit for up to 35% of the first $6,000 in wages for each eligible worker; Drug Screening, where the program will cover a pre-employment drug screen at no cost to the employer, bringing hiring costs down; Referral Process, where pre-selected applicants are screened prior to being interviewed by the employer, cutting down costs wasted on interviews on the unqualified; and Retention Management, where a case manager will take an active role in supporting the employee and the employer with any concerns.
