Can you file for disability due to harassing phone calls at work?

My co-worker has been getting hang-ups galore. The person rarely speaks and when they do it isn’t threatening. She is threatening to file for disability, which I find ridiculous, since we all think it is her ex-boyfriend calling. I say she should go to the police, but she insists she is going to get a Dr note and chalk it up to work related stress. Any suggestions?

It’s pretty much ridiculous, but if someone has a nervous breakdown they can file for disability. She needs to let it go to voice mail and just call everyone back after some time the hanger upper will get bored. Or you can have someone else answer the phone for a few days to make this guy think she no longer works there.
