Fraxel Stretchmarks Side Effects

July 6th, 2008 | by admin |

Fraxel laser surgery for stretchmarks has many good benefits but it does have some side effects too.  During a twenty-four hour period the new skin begins to grow.  Your skin will have a bronze look to it.  This will fade away over a period of time, anywhere from three days to two weeks.  This amount of time will depend on the type of treatment performed.

As the new skin grows in replacing the dead tissue, there will be flaking of the skin.  To repair the condition a good moisturizing lotion or cream can be used to make the flaky skin disappear
