Also try and avoid drinking alcohol as it also aggravates the risks of lung cancer. Try and limit your exposure to things like, radon gas asbestos, nickel, soot, tar, chromium and arsenic. Also you should take a diet consisting of fruits and vegetables as it is known to lower the risk of lung cancer.
