Research have found that there are certain foods which triggers the condition and the child becomes more prone to such suffering and start showing more symptoms of ADHD. Though food may not be responsible as one of the factors for ADHD but certain food items enhances the disorder and have affect on the behaviors of the children. One should study closely specially the parents of the children to find out which food has some kind of allergic reactions to their body that is they become vulnerable some changes in their behavior. Its been found that the diet for adhd should not include caffeine, cold drinks, fast food, and too much high protein diet, chocolates and others.
