All these exercises can be used as natural arthritis pain relief. Range of motions will include movement of joints slowly in one or two directions and as far as you can. Then comes strengthening exercises. The strengthening of joints is equally important along with its movements to resist pain and inflammation. Once they are strong they can easily carry your weight. Endurance exercises are meant for the last step exercises to increase your overall stamina. One must take care to take proper guidelines under a physiotherapists for such exercises.
