Burn Those Excess Calories

I know it’s difficult to resist that mug or can of beer after a hard day’s work. But, one beer leads to another, and before you know it, you have poured too much beer in your stomach for it to digest. Your system responds by gifting you that irritating pot belly. Stomach fat is all about not being able to burn the excess calories you feed into your body. So, why let calories invade your body in the first place? One regular 12 ounce beer contains 150 calories. Drop that habit or at least reduce it. I know it’s hard because I’ve tried it so many times!
