Herbal remedies for menopause

April 28th, 2008 | by admin |

There comes a point in most women's lives where they firmly believe their body no longer likes them. The whole world over, most women suffer with menstrual cramp to some greater or lesser degree, irrespective of how normal their cycle is. Unfortunately, there are other groups of women who suffer with PCOS (the most common hormonal disorder amongst women of reproductive age), or endometriosis and the stomach cramps are even more uncomfortable. Some women experience such severe pains they are not even able to leave their bed.

If you are one of those unfortunate enough to suffer this then perhaps it is time you looked at some form of menstrual cramp relief you know will work every month - a good place to start would be with some herbal remedies for menopause. Pain relief pills seem to be the most prescribed option amongst women. A tablet by the name of ‘Pamprin' is used by many women who say it works wonders for them, possibly because it was formulated for just that one reason. Now, it is true to say that some women do not like taking any type of oral medication but perhaps it's now time to think about that stance.
