I never seem to get ahead with the bills that I have and I only get a limited income and have been on disability and forced retirement since 1987 and up until 2003 was paying on bills that my brother charged in my name and that is when the creditors told me not to pay anything more. During that time, I had to close several accounts that I had in my name and they went to the credit bureaus and now I have bad credit as far as I am concern and need to get a loan to pay off those bills and try to get some brand new clothes and some other items that I need. Anyone with information pleaselet me know some how, by the grace of God I need the help soon. Or I will crazy!
I won’t go to payday loans because they are way too expensive and the bills I have is not all just every day bills, they are bills that I keep getting phone calls about from the creditors. Wife can’t help out at all her money that she gets on her disability goes for her medicine and all the house cleaning and the personal hygine we have to have.

aww Im sorry you have to go through this. If you have a job at all you can get a payday loan. But if not, then you would need a co-signer to get a loan. I really dont know anything about loans, but my husband was a car salesman for a little while so that why I know a little bit.

getting a loan is not a good thing because the more you borrow the more you will owe.what you need is some type of financial assistance.

Don’t go for more loans. Start going to your electric company and other companies and ask if they have any financial assistance for lower income. A lot of them do. If you can lower some of your monthly bills maybe you can get out of debt. Good luck.

What about bankrupcy? It sounds like your credit is already bad so it may be best to start over. Many lawyers will work with you (by doing payment plan to pay for it) or you can research at library or right on internet to get all the information together and pay a paralegal to file the court paperwork.

I see this every day. Its heart breaking. Fixed income is tuff and even tuffer with low credit scores. FHA may be able to help. They aren’t credit score driven and have great rates.
Also a reverse mortgage may help. That’s where a lender buys bits of equity from your home every month.
Call a loan officer. If it isn’t a slam dunk your local bank probably wont do anything for you. If you need to talk to someone further you may contact me. Cant promise I can do anything but give professional advise. Good Luck and I hope you get what you need.

I read what you wrote and need to know if you are getting your social security yet too. Because you are on forced retirement and disability you may be able to get your SS sooner. Check with that first, then go to disability and see if they supply loans. Then just for kicks do talk to a lawyer to see about other options. You may qualify for more benefits.
Good Luck, I know its hard. I send you many blessings for help!!
