Living With Spine Stenosis

He took the news in stride and decided to find out everything he could about it and how he could deal with it. He did exactly what the doctors told him to when it came to taking the medication and sticking to his regimen of stretching and exercise. Over the course of the next few months he was able to manage the pain and numbness he was having. He was able to go back to work full time and even get in a little golf now and then.
