Onset of back pain

November 25th, 2007 | by admin |

I first began having degenerative spine troubles in December of 2003. At first, it was minor discomfort when I sat for long periods of time. I am definitely in one of the risk groups for needing lower back pain treatment. I am both overweight, and sedentary. Add to this the fact that I work at a desk all day, and you have a recipe for disaster. Intellectually, I probably knew this, but it was easy to ignore the risk signs until it was too late and I needed to get lower back pain treatment myself.
