Total Body Detox Programs
April 9th, 2008 | by admin |To strengthen a detox patient's recovery program, hospitals involve crucial family members in the treatment groups, and we confer with the patient's family doctor, lawyer, employer, probation officer and others who are involved in the patient's overall recovery.
Patients who relapse are admitted to a total body detox recovery center (it costs about $500 per month) until they are strong enough to sleep at home, go to work in the daytime and attend outpatient rehab sessions in the evening.
To help patients fill their weekends of unstructured time and to help them make the transition into life-long recovery, they are guided or actually taken to local 12-step meetings because many of them wouldn't do it on their own.
